SUPL-C license application constantly denied despite meeting all criteria

Hi,

I’m currently trying to get through the SUPL client library license signup process, but my request gets automatically denied every single time.

I have double-checked all the requirements listed in the email: I'm using the correct registered DevZone email, I've re-logged into my account within the last 4 weeks, and I am using the same browser/machine for the process.

Could someone look into my account or help me process this manually? I would appreciate it so much.

Hello,

It looks like you are following the necessary requirements. Have you tried to log out of DevZone and then log in before applying again? I am also confirming about this internally and will check if it is possible to manually enroll you. I will update you on this once I receive further information.

Thanks Samruddhi!! I just tried logging out and in again, and then submitted the request once more, but I got the exact same mail saying "Your SUPL-C license application was not approved :(
