we got a brand new thingy 91:X and went trought the quick start process.
on the nRF claud connection step, we fac ea login issue, the platform does not let us to connect.
i have tried the forgot password since we already had an account, but it seems there is an issue since it does not work. I have tried many times but still does not work.
I tried to make a new account but it does not accept my email address since it has been used before.
would you please take a look at my account linked to the same email address i used for DevZone and let us know what to do
