UP CIoT EPS optimisation

I will like to know whether the NB-IoT feature User Plane CIoT optimisation is supported in nRF9151?

And if the feature is supported I will like to know the AT command to enable it.

Sorry for the delay in updating. I heard back from the team and No UP support is planned for nRF9151 NB-IoT. Control Plane only supported.
