On junction temperature of nRF54L05-QFAA

I want to know the junction temperature of nRF54L15 chip.

There is only operating temperature in the specification.

There is only TA here, and is there Tj and Tc?

Hi,

The thermal resistance from juntion to package top (θ_JC) is simulated to be 12.71°C/W, with temperature conditions Tj(°C)=29.28 and Tc(°C)=25.15, using a JEDEC 2s2p PCB.
