The typical sleep current of the nRF54L15 is 0.7 µA. What is the maximum value? I measured 1.29 µA. Is this normal?

Can you please provide me your SOC number. Also can you please run this demo [LINK] and let me know if you are getting 0.7uA with  System OFF, Wake on pin, 0 KB RAM retained. 

I will also check with our technical team and try to identify the reason why your typical sleep current is high.
