Could you clarify whether you are looking for results from HTOL when running NFC or are you looking for thermal information from the package and die?

Neither.
   Temperature test report listed all test items in Nordic QA stage toward nRF54LM20A, including the test environment, performance and power consumption.
   For example, at 25 Celsius degree and other consistent parameters, using nRF54LM20 DK and running BLE max throughput to iPHONE16. listed read/write full loading performance.

Something like that. More test results, more welcome.
