Cannot download "nRF Desktop Reference Layout"

when I attempted to download the nRF Desktop Reference Layout, the browser created a new tab but no files were downloaded. Please help me.

I have tried restart the browser and switching to another browser, but neither solution worked. If possible, could you please provide a direct download link?
