Missing document of recommended foot print for nRF54LM20A-PAAA CSP98 BGA

Can you pls send recommendation document for the exact foot print to be used for  nRF54LM20A-PAAA    CSP98  BGA?

I have found reference  foot print   BGA98N35P10X10_385X367X68.dra      and    bga98n35p10x10_385x367x68.psm   but I need to verify it with the original documentation. 

I also has the package dimensions.  But I am looking for foot print recommendation document.

You can download nRF54LM20A Reference layout from here. This ZIP contains Altium Designer files, PCB layout files, and PCB production files, which would include the official footprint.
