NRF Connect not seeing my NRF52840 dongle

I installed NRF Connect, the BLE plugin, and successfully flashed the dongle firmware. IIn NRF connect, the BLE plugin scan button is disabled.  'Quick Start' was unable to see the device and suggested raising a ticket.
I *think* this may be because the dongle is running...

Thanks for reaching out. I think this issue is most likely due to the J-Link version mismatch. So can you downgrade your SEGGER J-Link installation to v9.24a, which you can download from the SEGGER J-Link Software page (https://www.segger.com/downloads/jlink/#J-LinkSoftwareAndDocumentationPack), and then retry connecting your dongle.
