conn_time_sync sample broken in 3.4.0

Hi

in conn_time_sync some thing must be broken. Central and peripheral connect to each other. The logs look as expected. 

BUT:

THE LED's wont blink. 

When I copy a sample for 2.8.0 they blink.

When I copy a sample for 3.4.0 they DONOT blink.

I am using a nRF52840DK. 

Can some one look into this!
