NRF54LM20B-QGAA-R7 PCB foot print and 3D Body

Can you please provide a PCB footprint and a 3D step file for the IC for the part NRF54LM20B-QGAA-R7?
This is the QFN52 package.

Can you also provide reference circuitry for this package?

As far as I know, we do not have step-files unfortunately. The footprint can be obtained from Altium if that's what you are using. I am still confirming with the team internally on whether we have a package drawing which can be provided. I will get back to you with an update once I receive further feedback on this.

Hi Samruddhi, thanks for the update. I’m not quite clear on the package drawing you mentioned. Would that be the official mechanical/package drawing for the NRF54LM20B-QGAA-R7, including the QFN52 dimensions and pin/land pattern? If there is no STEP file available, I’d like to know whether that drawing would be enough to build the 3D model on our side. Basketball Bros
