Uart communication error

hi.

We were creating a module using NRF51822-QFAB chip. And module uses a 32MHz crystal.

Test the uart communication, (pc & BLE Module)

1. nRF51_SDK_10.0.0

2. ble_app_uart

3. bt rx : p0.11 bt tx : p0.12

4. uart to usb Converter

5. nRF UARTv2.0

After connecting the ble module & usb Convert , it was being tested(PC terminal). When we choose from a list of discovered applications nRF UART v2.0, The message "Disconnect" is output. The name "Nordic Uart" list appears. not connected.

Are you a 32MHz crystal and relevant? Are you or have other causes?

Have you set up UICR and CLOCK register to use 32 MHz crystal, see here. This is only relevant if you start the HFCLK (f.ex. use the radio, it requires crystal). By default the CPU will run off the RC oscillator. You are running the ble_app_uart example right?
