Not being able to install Serial LTE Modem through Quickstart app. Verification error.

I am trying to configure the NRF9151-DK, but when opening Quickstart app it cannot verify the board.

I've been working with exact same boards, also through VS Code, so this seems very unusual. 

I tried recovering with nrfjprog --recover -f nrf91 but it doesn't help.

Hi Aleksa,
Did you say you have multiple boards? If so, does this happen on all of them?
Are you able to build and flash the Serial LTE Modem application manually?
