compile time issues

if I am not wrong: no where on dev academy it says: add all the folders of 

- your tool chain

- you private zephyr project 

to windows defender exclusion folders.

Otherwise compilation might (only some times) take 3 minutes instead of ~20 seconds.

Yes, it is true that windows defender is not great with scanning multiple files/objects; thus it will take some time on the first run.
