How to read/write RTT using nrfutil

Hi, Nordic Support!

nrfutil is a replacement for nrfjprog. I have previously relied on pynrfjprog for automated testing and programming. This test procedure uses RTT shell to send test commands to the DUT and receive answers back, However, (py)nrfjprog is dicontinued and replaced by nrfutil, so I would like to switch to using nrfutil, but I can not see how to use nrfutil to send/receive RTT messages. Which sub-command do I need to install and how do I use it?

Hi Fridtjof, 

nRF Util does not currently support RTT, unfortunately. For scripted testing i would recommend pylink-square, which is a SEGGER's python wrapper for the J-link library. It gives you rtt_start(), rtt_read() and rtt_write(), which is the closest replacement for what you had.
