We do not support IEC 61508. All our libraries are considered as SOUP (software of unknown pedigree/provenance).
However, as this link describes, the zephyr project has something on it. We try to align our NCS v3.4.x LTS release to use zephyr LTS, making it easier for the customer to atleast try to inherit/use whatever zephyr project has on this matter.
