在vscode中，中国源 下载sdk失败，具体报错代码如下

Caused by:

    io: Connection refused

[west]: exited with code -4058.

我也没有开代理。

Can you please confirm if your config is correct 
nrfutil sdk-manager config show
It should show China.

Another customer here was able to solev the issue by using the following commands

curl -O https://files.nordicsemi.cn/artifactory/NCS/external/bundles/v3/ncs-toolchain-x86_64-linux-43683a87ea.tar.gz
nrfutil toolchain-manager install --toolchain-bundle ncs-toolchain-x86_64-linux-43683a87ea.tar.gz

curl: (28) Failed to connect to files.nordicsemi.cn:443 after 21050 ms: Could not connect to server。我明明就在上海，也没有开代理。

Hie,

Let us try to force the nrfutil to bypass the china server and pull you on the golbal server.
Can you please follow this steps and check if it works:
1. nrfutil config set sdk-manager.url https://files.nordicsemi.com/artifactory/ncs-src-mirror/external/sdk-manager/index.json

2. Verify the config change was saved correctly : nrfutil config get sdk-manager.url

3. Clear out any corrupted or half-downloaded index files left behind by the failed connection : nrfutil sdk-manager clean

4. Verify connection and retry operation nrfutil sdk-manager search

It was a server issue which was fixed about an hour ago. The things should be up and running.
Also, can you please reply in English as it is in the nordic policy.
