We produced the first batch of 10 modules in July 2026. Out of these, 8 modules are working properly, while 2 are not working.
We then produced a second batch of 10 modules in September 2026, and unfortunately, none of the 10 modules are working. All modules are showing the same issue.
The module programming is successful, but Bluetooth is not functioning. We also cannot observe the 32 MHz waveform on CX1/CX2.
We have used the same PCB design and the same components for both batches.
Please help us identify the root cause of this issue and advise us on the necessary corrective actions. We are now preparing to move into production, so it is very important for us to resolve this issue and confirm the design is stable before proceeding with mass production.
