When we draw PCB, we also need to design it like your DK board? There are several square copper skins under the chip, the middle of which is grounded, and the other two staggered square copper skins are suspended without network. thank you

What device do you see this on? The tag say nRF54L15 but there are no DK for this packet. The layout looks like the nRF54LM20-DK.
The squares you see are keep outs to avoid the ground plane from flowing into these areas:
So _no_ copper here.
