Someone is asking for the switching frequency of DCDC in 54LM20B.
Using nRF54LM20A with nRF Connect SDK v3.4.0. The PS v1.0 documents VREGMAIN as DC/DC-only (VREGMAIN.DCDCEN 0x600, VREGMAIN.INDUCTORDET 0x604, ref. circuit L1 = 4.7 µH on DCC) but gives no switching frequency for the converter.
Can you confirm the nominal switching frequency of the VREGMAIN DC/DC, and whether it is fixed or load/mode dependent? If it is not a published parameter, what is the supported channel to obtain it?
I need the figure for EMI/EMC pre-compliance planning and crystal/RF desense assessment.
