Cannot download updated versions of software in the desktop application

I cannot download many of the applications offered in the desktop. I am trying to use the evaluation board for the nRF54L15 offered by ezurio (BL54Lu) and cannot get it to function

Can you please share a bit more detail about what specific applications you cannot download, and what happens when you try to download them? What do you do, what happens, are there any error messages or what is otherwise the behavior, etc.

For the general case, please ensure that you are connected to the Internet and there is no firewall blocking the downloads. E.g. if you use nRF Connect for Desktop, then downloading apps for it requires a working non-blocked Internet connection. With more details, it is possible for us to give more directed support.

Hello Terje,

I am trying to download the update for the Quick Start application, version 1.13.0. The progress bar moves to about a fourth of the total bar, then stops there. The same goes for V1.10.0-1.12.0. There are no error messages produced, but no progress either. It could be a firewall issue, due to this being a work-issued computer and network. Let me know if it could be anything else as well
