SUPL client license

I requested a SUPL client license as I want to evaluate the AGNSS feature, but it got declined for some reason. And when I try requesting another one, nothing happens.

Does anyone what to do in this case?

Okay thanks for confirming. One more thing that the application page relies on third-party cookies from hubspot.com. So can you please make sure these are allowed in your browser and that no ad or tracker blocker is blocking HubSpot and also try a different browser.
