Nrf54LS05B QFAAAB VS QFAAAA marking issue on the chip body

What's the difference between blew two parts (QFAAAB VS QFAAAA)? Thanks.

Hi,

 

Since the nRF54LS05B is still in engineering state, there is only a preliminary datasheet available.

This does not include a ordering code and a definition of the markings, so I will have to share the nRF54L15 definition:

The last two characters in the second line, ie QFAAAB / AA in this case, is:

A is the hardware revision, and the next letter; A and B, are indicators of engineering device identifier. This will differ if one device is produced at a different location, for instance.

 

So: These are both the same hardware revision, but there is a difference in the surroundings of for instance the manufactory location.
