KEIL can't add libraries

I'm working with ble_app_uart_s130. Compilation is fine and it works as expected in hardware. I'm going to add application timer and scheduler. To do that I have to set checkbox in KEIL Manage Run-Time Environment. But there is already unresolved error. It seems it requires another version of softdevice. Where I can download it, and why KEIL example has unresolved error?

It's a minor issue with the pack system. It's not very important though. You can simply ignore it, just have to make sure you use the correct s130 softdevice hex file version. Note that in the latest SDK v11, we removed the support for pack. Using the .zip file is suggested. Have a look here.
