Which core in ISP 130301C module?

I'm using the Insight ISP 130301C module and I'm trying to double check the nRF it contains as a firm basis for trying to get DFU working on it.

The module has printed on it

Model ISP 130301C 1503 ANT

The data sheet I found for the 'C' variant suggests the nRF51822 internally with 16KB RAM, 256KB flash. Using nRF Go and j-link (segger), the tool states nRF51422 CEAAB00 (0x0050)

Which is correct?

    You can read the IC information using any SWD probe and you can trust the given information. The ISP module is "only" a package of an existing nRF IC.

    Model ISP 130301C 1503 ANT

    This is a quite old chip from 2015, week 03. According to the nRF51 Series Compatibility Matrix , this is a chip size package (WLCSP) with 256kB flash and 16kB RAM. Please not that this is an (old) IC revision 2 and depending on your application you could have some issue (on the UART module for instance).

    I am also a user of ISP modules and I like it very much. ISP is currently producing 32k RAM IC versions. They will be available very soon.

    ISP renamed their modules. The information printed on the IC are more clear now.

    Thank you. I see how the revision decodes now. I had a feeling that the SWD probe would be more reliable than the documentation. It also explains why the more recent SDK releases have been problematic for me. (infocenter.nordicsemi.com/index.jsp
