nRF52-DK - heart_rate_demo - can't connect with phone

Hi I'm trying to explore the nRF52-DK kit.

I downloaded the demo : www.nordicsemi.com/.../heart_rate_demo.zip

Dragged and dropped the hex-file to the JLINK drive thats available when the kit is connected to the pc, and the LED is blinking on the board.

I have paired my Samsung S5 Neo phone with the demo and when I try to connect the app in the nRF Toolbox nothing happens. The following is shown in the nRF Logger :

What can I do to make this example work ?

Hi Jens,

Where did you get the link from ? For example to use with nRF52 DK please use our nRF5 SDK v11 as you can find here. Note that you should better remove bond before you use nRFToolbox to connect.

I found it right here : www.nordicsemi.com/.../Getting-started-with-the-nRF52-Development-Kit just below the 10 steps...... Dont I have to bond before connecting via the Toolbox ?

Sorry I didn't know the file was from that page.

No, you don't have to bond, don't connect or bond from the Bluetooth setting window. Simply connect via nRFToolbox app.

Okay - i'll try that later today - even though i'm quite sure that I did yesterday. I read something about anomaly 73 on the B-rev. chip - could that be the reason ? My board is with the QFAAB0 chip

I just tried to connect without bonding - the Nordic_HRS does not appear in the list of available devices....
