hi does my nrf51422 v2 have uart over ble? its version 2 and its supported sdk is 6 and it does not have ble_nus.c does my nr51422 v2 support uart over ble?

Yes, have a look at this folder \Board\pca10001\s110\experimental\ble_app_uart. It was made for the PCA10001, you may have to match the GPIO pins.
