Can nrfjprog memwr write more than one word at a time?

Hello,

I am currently finishing my deploy script and I am currently using nrfjprog to write some custom UICR data. I have a contiguous region of memory to write but I do not know if nrfjprog can handle more than 4 bytes at a time? Because calling nrfjprog multiple times will cost some time which seems unnecessary.

Perhaps you can write a custom .hex file and then program it to the chip?

mhh, sounds interesting, but maybe using the segger tools would be easier then. But on second thought, I might merge softdevice / application and variables before writing it to the chip as that could really save some time.

So the nrfjprog tool is just able to write 1 word at a time?

As far as I know, yes, only 1 word at a time.

Yes, I think merging different .hex files is common practice in production in order to speed up the process. Then you only need to program each chip with a single .hex file.
