nRF24L01+ Module PCB

I am looking at the common nRF24L01+ module PCB with integrated antenna which is available at several suppliers. See picture below:

My question is - was this PCB design developed by Nordic and is it open source?

In addition does it meet FCC requirements for use in the U.S.?

Hi,

This was not designed by Nordic. From a quick google search it does not appear to be open source. As it is hard to find the manufacturer it is also hard to figure out if it is FCC approved.

Is there a design from Nordic that is a complete module with FCC approval? I had thought there was a design example from Nordic along with schematic and PCB layout?
