I Just upgraded my RTE to the latest two minutes ago, and tried an RTX example. The example compiled OK, But in RTE manager, it is showing missing component.

YEAH!!! It has been a big pain ... ...
How about different projects using different version of SDK? This has been a big problem for me too. Nordicsemi used to do big changes, which is causing sourcecode not compatible.
Paul, Do you have any issues when you use the zip version of the release? I have been using zip from the start and i have faced no issues until now. Please try it and give me your precious feedback.
Hi Aryan, zip file is totally fine and is what "we" are familiar with. :-) I think this is a smart move Nordic did for SDK11. A+. It is easier to maintain the SDK revisions and "we" know where are all the files. When we switch computers or reinstall the development environment, we feel more confident.
After Nordic released packs I have been following this path hopefully. But no, ZIP file is the way to go.
The pack idea was great, and we can all read and appreciate the under the table statement "make the firmware development more soft". But I think it is premature at this moment.
I agree. Can we now mark this case as accepted Paul? or is there any other information you are seeking?
