Has anyone successfully used read/write_debug_port and read/write_access_port functions in nrfjprog.dll?

I trying to perform RAM read and write operations using the nrfjprog.dll without halting the CPU but I can't figure out how to properly use in particular the access port functions. Has anyone any experience on this or perhaps some sample code?

I asked specifically for the usage of the functions for reading and writing the debug and access ports so how is this duplicate?
