Is it possible to use the nRF24LU1+ as a USB host?

Sorry for the newbie question -- I am new to programming microcontrollers.

I would like to know if it is possible to program the nRF24LU1+ to behave like a USB host? I'd like to attach a USB keyboard to it.

Is that possible?
