I have some nrf51422s beacons and wondering if they can send and receive data. So I want it to keep transmitting its id and signal strength but if somebody is reading the signal, it detects that(by receiving a signal from 2nd device) and indicates this by blinking an led. I feel this should be possible but I am not sure where to start. Could some one point me towards some resources which would help me to achieve this ?
