Error in softdevice s310 programming using keil in nrf51422

Hi, i am using the sru232 module (having nrf51422) in my project. I just want to program the softdevices-s310 using Keil-5 but i am not able to do so, while i am trying the same i am getting error
Erase Failed! Error: Flash Download failed - "Cortex-M0"

plz describe how to fix the issue

nrfjprog i am not able to use as i am using SWD hardware to program the nrf51422 . So only i can use keil-v5 to program the soft-device s310v3. I can program my application without any problem but only problem i am facing with the soft-device. I am using the Stlink debugger for programming
