question of saving and calculating date and time

I am developing using a nrf51822. I want to save and calculating year,month,date,hour,minute. so.Is it possible to use the time.h of c statndard lib? If it is impossible,do i have to calculate the date using a timer tick? or If you have another idea. please let me know that. BR

Hi hjjeon,

I don't think you can use time.h library from C standard lib. There is no way the MCU can get the current_time. You would need to use RTC to count the time. You can set the tick of RTC to, for example, one second. And then calculate the current time base on the RTC counter.
