Use NRF51822 without bluetooth

Hi,

I want to use the NRF51822 without the Bluetooth functionality. Is it possible to leave the pins ANT1, ANT2 and VDD_PA unconnected? If no, what is the cheapest way to terminate them correctly.

Why not just use a plain Cortex-M0 without any radio?
