frequency measurement using timer 2

Mt need is to do frequency measurement of 0.01Hz to 99.99 Hz

We need a clock of 1us that added to a timer of that start on when the pulse low to high event happens and stop the timer when high to low occurs.

Count should be taken and the estimations on frequency must done. I got high to low and low to high event triggering on GPIOTE module and able to vector the output on LED. I cant able to operate timer on this function.

I am trying with timer 2 Do any one have an idea?

It is hard to tell based on the limited information you have provided about how you actually have set up the timer. How is the timer initialised, and how is it connected to GPIOTE? Also, how did you do it in the case of the LED toggling (when it worked)?
