I'm new in development for BlueTooth. So, please, can anybody tell me, what i need for developing simple application. I need BlueTooth connection with Android phone and iPhone. From my blueTooth device i need: 2 X PWM frequencies from 1 Khz to 5 Khz with controlable frequency and duty cycle Low frequency square wawe 1 Hz to 100 Hz Now i hawe made all this simple functions with ARM328 but i'm shure, this can be made with BT chip self. THKs for answering.

Welcome, take a look at the nRF52 - > www.nordicsemi.com/.../nRF52832 . Specs are there. You won't find a better Bluetooth SoC on the market today.
