Requirement for nRF Master control panel.

Hello all.

I have simple question. The nRF Master Control Panel, is in this URL: www.nordicsemi.com/.../nRF-Master-Control-Panel-for-Android-4.3 has requirement of below;

• Supported on Android version 4.3 or later.
• Tested on Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Samsung S4 with Android 4.3 and Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 with Android 4.4

So I attempted installing the Application for Nexus 7 (2012; Android 4.4.2), but the application was not selectable on my Nexus 7. (as attached image) Is here who experienced the symptoms like so? If you resolved the symptoms, could you please advice to me?

I have the same problem, but I think this is due to the fact that we have an "old" version of Nexus 7 (2012), and maybe (I am not sure about this) it does not have a bluetooth low energy chip inside.

Thank you very much for your comment. I talk all my investigation.

At first, I suspected the H/W issue and I investigated Nexus 7 H/W spec. Nexus 7 (2012) has Broadcom BCM4330 as bluetooth physical solution. And BCM4330 supports Bluetooth 4.0. But Nexus 7 can't be available. In result, I found that Nexus 7 don't support BT4.0 officially.

However I also found an application; Bluetooth Low Energy Enabler. The application make Nexus 7 (2012) available BT4.0 by ROOT. Though I didn't download and try the application because it needs payment, I seek someone who tried the application and success running nRF Master Control Panel on Nexus 7 2012.
