how to flash "connectivity_115k2_with_s130_1.0.0.hex" with sdk 10.0 and soft device s130 to use yggdrasil?

i am trying to use yggdrasil for nrf51422 (pca10028) with sdk 10.0. after installing, i cannot see the com port. How do I flash "connectivity_115k2_with_s130_1.0.0.hex" with sdk 10.0? Can anyone help?

Install nrf tools.

From cmd; nrfjprog -e nrfjprog --program hexfile.hex

Or installer nrfgo studio, plug in the dk and erase and flash the board.
