Antenna is not functioning with balun(2450BM14E0003T)

Hello Everyone

I have designed my custom board using nrf51822 i have tested the votlage rating, on the VDD pins everything is fine (3v) but the real problem is my antenna it is nto advertising, i have tested the other things on my custom board, button is working fine, pwm pulses are getting generated and buzzer is producing beep sound all those things are working fine except the antenna , i am uisnfg balun for impedance matching, and i am using 12pf capacitance for 16mhz crystal(8pf) could anyone please suggest me some methods to find what is going wrong with the antenna , i have tested my software it is working very well for my NRF51DK but in my customPCB my antenna is not at all advertising any ideas or suggestion would be really helpful for me to complete my project

Note: i have attached my Balun datasheet also which indicates it is compatible for QFAA/AB NORDIC CHIPSET

Hi, I suggest you start a case on MyPage if you haven't already, so we can look into both the schematic and hardware design. We are not aware of anything in specific, but it make sense to check load capacitors etc. Maybe you have access to a spectrum analyzer so you can check frequency accuracy of the carrier by using the rf_test library found in the nRF5 SDK.

yes i have already did that and could you please tell me how can i run the rf test example on the nrf51dk so that i can follow the same procedure to test my antenna
