When to release the BLE4.2 SoftDevice?

I have the 51822 chips, and want to establish a network with large data volume, I use the S130 now, but the effect is not ideal, so I want try the BLE4.2. Do we have the SoftDevice support the Core 4.2?

What effect are you talking about which is not ideal?

Thanks, I just finding the 51822 introduction page, and the information of the S130 image only have BLE4.1. I will try the lastest softdevice.
