keil setup for nRF51822AA

Question

Hi. I'm beginner.
I want to use nRF51822xxAA chip on keil compiler.
project->Option->Target->IROM1 start, Size & IRAM1 start, size.
Please let me know IROM's start and size and IRAM's start and size for nRF51822xxAA.

It depends on which softdevice you are using (or if you are not using any softdevice)
There is one older post with some numbers for older softdevices here . You will get the idea of where to find the information. If you can tell me if you are using any softdevice, then i can give you exact numbers.
