    Yes, the nRF51 will support the Bluetooth Mesh. It will typically be available after the specification for Bluetooth Mesh is released. (The Bluetooth SIG controls the dates for the release of the Mesh specification, sometime this year).

    The nRF Open Mesh is available for use and this support DFU. The DFU for nRF Open Mesh can be used to transition over to the Bluetooth Mesh when the Bluetooth Mesh is available.
