The ADC module requires that the output impedance of the connected voltage source be 1kohm or less (section 31.1.3 of RM).

Does the same restriction apply for the LPCOMP?

The internal impedance of the LPCOMP is extremely high, so a connected external circuit with high impedance should have no effect on the output of the LPCOMP, or very close to no effect.
