nordic pack installer: DTM example, which one to use?

There are various examples in the keil microvision examples for DTM. The list is below. Is there a difference between these examples? Which one should we use if our design is based on the nordic smart beacon kit? Please see the screenshot from keil, attached.

Also, none of these examples need the soft device, correct?

Hi,

Correct, none of these projects are using the softdevice. The only difference is the flash memory layout. I would suggest to just use the blank version.
