How can I update FW for "sniffer" use?

I have nRF51 Dongle. I can set it in BOOTLOADER mode and update firmware like: developer.mbed.org/.../

I see the dongle in Device Manager/Disk drivers like "MBED microcontroller USB Device". But I don't see it in COM Ports. How can I update FW for "sniffer" use or what is wrong for COM Port recognizing?

Download the Sniffer firmware from here. Unzip the file and follow steps 1-13 in Chapter 2 of the included User Guide.

I didn't see it "Device Manager" in "nRFgo Studio". Is there any other solution?

Do you have the latest J-Link drivers installed? Maybe this can help. There are also several other reports of devices missing from nRFgo Studio on devzone that might be helpful.
