Low Power Comparator Impedance Schematic

We are using the low power comparator on NRF51882 RayTac Module (Vcc=3.3V, Vref = 4/8), with which we are making a precise high impedance measurement!

I found some documentation for ADC input impedance (260k series with Vcc), but can't find the comparator input impedance.

How does the low power comparator impact my signal?

A very high impedance is expected, more than 1MOhm.
