Mesh on SDK11?

I have check the mesh feature on below link: github.com/.../nRF51-ble-bcast-mesh

But it seems to work under SDK8.0, how can I make it work with SDK11 and SD130?

Is there a reason to use the S130 ? the mesh provides a way to reach all the nodes and the Peripheral mode is used to talk to the phone i.e. S110 would typically be sufficient. It would be nice if you can clarify.
