nRF51822 OTA programing from windows command line

Hi, I would like to ask if there is any program which i can use to update firmware Over The Air on nRF51822 chip from Windows command line. I know there is that possibility in Master Control Panel 3.5 but i would like to do this from command line. I found that topic: Title , but i'm using new SDK 5.1 (i can't find the older versions on your website) and there is only hci_dfu_send_hex application, which can't update firmware OTA. Is there any application which i can use?

Has anyone gotten this to work? I'm targeting the task of implementing DFU OTA from PC desktop app. Would be much appreciated if anyone has a working code project for this.
